The Intelitek 3D printing program is an easy-to-use, all-in-one solution, which provides teachers with everything they need to begin teaching 3D printing on day one. We’ve combined Afinia’s award-winning 3D printers and accessories with a 15-hour hands-on curriculum, which fits perfectly into middle school STEM programs. Our curriculum focuses on introducing students to the theories and concepts of 3D printing, while also teaching them everything they need to know to begin printing high-quality 3D parts of their own! We’ve also included three hands-on projects as well as teacher resources, all of which is delivered through LearnMate™, our easy-to-use learning management system.
Many people believe that the process of printing 3D parts involves just clicking a button. While this may be true in some instances, the majority of 3D parts require a full understanding of the 3D printing process–and that’s exactly what our program provides!
The Afinia H800 is a brand new, fully-enclosed printer which has a build volume up to 5 times larger than the H480 (10” x 8” x 8”.) Not only is the H800 larger than the H480, it also performs up to 30% faster and has an ultra-fine 100 micron print resolution for ABS and PLA. The H800 also has a fully-automated heated platform with leveling and height detection, a HEPA filtration system and one button filament color changing. The H800 weighs approximately 55 pounds and has a footprint of 19.1” x 20.5” x 19.5”, which makes it an ideal printer for larger projects.
We offer the H800 as a standalone printer and with our H800 complete classroom package, which includes 2 printers, 9 spools of filament and other accessories.
Our 3D printer course includes 15-hours of hands-on learning and three projects, all of which enforce the theories and concepts of 3D printing. This course is based around the Afinia H800, and it teaches students everything they need to know to begin printing high quality 3D parts on their own.

The included Afinia 3D printer software has an easy-to-use interface which allows the user to orient, duplicate, and scale parts to their liking. The software also allows the user to customize the amount of support and fill material used for their parts, and includes a built-in utility to calibrate the print head height, which allows the user to begin printing within minutes. The Afinia software accepts all standard .STL file types regardless of the CAD program used.
The Afinia H480 and H800 both accept 1.75 mm ABS and PLA plastic filament. We offer high-quality ABS and PLA filament in various colors and sizes, which have all been extensively tested with the Afinia 3D printers, and meets all printer specifications and extrusion temperatures.
Standard filament colors: Natural, Blue, Yellow, Black, Red, Green, Gray, Silver, Yellow, Purple, Orange, Gold and Pink.
Specialty filament colors: Blue/Green-Yellow/Green (Color Changing), Grey-White (Color Changing), Green (Glow in the Dark), Blue (Glow in the Dark) and Transparent.
