INTELITEK, INC., RELEASES NEW VERSION OF EASYC FOR CORTEX ROBOT CONTROLLER

Manchester, NH – June 24, 2010 – intelitek, inc., released easyC V4 robot programming software compatible with IFI’s new Cortex microcontroller. With a new streamlined interface along with the same user-friendly features that have made easyC the program of choice for both experienced and novice programmers, eacyC v4 provides the best way to harness the full power of the new Cortex controller.

The VEX Cortex Microcontroller coordinates the flow of information and power on the robot. It has built in bi-directional communication for wireless driving, debugging and downloading using the state of the art VEXnet 802.11 wireless link. The Microcontroller is the brain of every VEX robot.

intelitek’s easyC programming software for the Cortex microcontroller is designed with the student in mind. easyC’s intuitive interface handles all the syntax and spacing, allowing users to focus on program flow and design. Both novice and experienced programmers can produce effective programs in a short period of time. easyC now includes a text editor for experienced programmers to work in a fully text-based development environment .
