This package introduces students to automated manufacturing technology. Using the benchtop Super proLIGHT 1000 CNC Milling Machine fed by the intelitek's SCORBOT-ER 4u Robot, students develop state-of-the art machine integration skills.
With this package, students can:
- develop, verify and run EIA RS-274D G&M Code CNC programs.
- develop robotic programs by manually writing or by using the teach pendant.
- have the machines communicate in a true automated manufacturing integration like those found in industry.
The system allows students to explore industrial automated manufacturing applications while learning the smooth integration of the mill and the robot through optimized CNC and robotic programming and accurate machine tending. By developing programs, recording precise robotic positions, accurately machining parts, and synchronizing mill and robot operation, students gain hands-on experience in advanced automation technology.

“We have found that intelitek products are of the highest quality and fully integrate with our program. They are reliable and effective components of the Project Lead the Way curricula, recognized by teachers and students alike.
The simulation software, RoboCell, CNCMotion and CIM supplied by intelitek are the only virtual software simulation applications embedded within our CIM class curriculum.”
