The ViewFlex vision system enables automated quality control applications, such as inspections, part counting and gauging. The vision system uses standard VBA scripting language that can be used for programming automated QCl applications and interfacing with other Windows applications.
The vision system includes a USB digital color camera provides both still and video images. It also includes interactive imaging software that provides optimized functions for image processing and enhancement, blob analysis, gauginG&Measurement, and pattern matching. |
